Cant get a job without a car
Parents didn't give me a car, or help me pay half of one, multiple grandparents promised me if I made good grades they would get me a car, never happened, my point is someone helps you get a car, in some way, from that first car you can eventually sell\scrap and have most of your next car paid off, nope, I'm supposed to save thousands of dollars while working part time for minimum wage, dropped out of highschool junior year, was made alot of false promises, so why would I believe a diploma would help me?(it really doesn't) got my GED(just as useless) no money for college, not taking out loans like an idiot, so if i have no place to live, i cant shower, no clean clothes, just two reasons why I'm not gonna be able to get a job, cant get a car, another reason, cant get a car to get a job, cant make money, cant make money, cant eat. So my options are A starve to death, and B join the military and be a slave to an oppressive government.... this is such a great country.

You could have stayed in school and go to work at the closest place and save money ive only worked for a year and a half while in school i have no car i walk to my job which is close and i have saved over 7k from working there and now i have a car to drive around you who can work full-time cant save for shit! Stay with parents for a while longer just ask them to say with them. No shame just work hard and learn on how to manage checks

Eh I wasn't given a car. Work full time + overtime every weak as a store manager. Usually 45-55 hours. In fact I still don't have a car, have a nice two bedroom appt and an associates degree (obviously not bragging about the degree haha) so thats not much of an excuse. I still game solid amounts a week and have a decent (not great) social life

You're not entitled to anything my man. You want it, you have to be motivated to go out and get it. Try to get a job somewhere close within walking distance or next to a trolley or bus. Also, paying off student loans helps your credit, which in the future helps get you approved for that car or house. You gotta start somewhere.
