That's probably because you raid with noobs, get a good raid team? You can easily down him in one relic with black hammers.

My regular raid team are bored of VOG. Hardly do it . I do it with pick ups mainly now.

Bored of VOG? It's a lot better then Crota. I'm leader of my raid team ( 8 members ) all above 2800 grimoire besides me, with every exotic but one or two useless ones. Multiples of each raid weapon. But we still do both raids three times each apon reset because it keeps us active.

I only do atheon for exotic chance for thunderlord . Got the rest .

Doesn't mean you give up on the raid, we have multiple of each raid weapon and every exotic, we raid because it's the best thing in destiny. What will you do after thunderlord?

I still enjoy doing raids , hence I have to find pick up groups . I like doing VOG once a week fully and then perhaps rest I will do atheon only . Crota is getting old but still do it . HOW out soon which will be great. Have 3 raids to choose from per week . I enjoy crucible as well even though I'm terrible . When comet is released , destiny will be great . 4 raids , a ton of strikes and crucible maps. Just wished they would double the amount of exotic weapons and armour . Seems like there is too little at moment
