Best Xur Ever?
Hear me out.
This week Xur is selling:
- Ruin Wings (best PVE TITAN exotic)
- Acolyphage Symbiote (best GS HUNTER exotic)
- Obsidian Mind (best WARLOCK exotic)
- MIDA Multitool (one of the top tier exotics overall)
I'll be surprised if someone can name a better week of Xur inventory since release.
Edit 1: a lot of people are saying week 2 cause Gjallarhorn. I've got 3 points to make about this. 1 - in week 2 no one knew that Gjallarhorn was the god tier weapon it is, 2 - no one had enough coins to buy Gjallarhorn as a lot of people were prioritising armour, 3 - 1 gun vs 4 good pieces of gear?

4 OdpowiedziPoint 1:The helm of saint 14 is the best titan exotic. Point 2: Everything xur sold this week has been sold at least 2 times before this weekend. Conclusion: Not the best xur week ever.

I had the coins for Gally but passed it up to wait for an exotic Primary because my buddy had Suros and it was awesome. The game has cursed me for that and I still haven't dropped Gally or Suros.

The most recent red death selling. Its my personal all time favorite because I had really wanted that gun ever since I first heard of it.

Any week with heavy is a good week. ( disclosure: I have all the armors and most weapons for all characters I have, so Xur is kinda meaningless to me now. )

I'd argue that the time Xûr sold Icebreaker (which was at the time about as requested as Gjallarhorn) for the second time and Obsidian Mind for the first time was pretty good, too.

Yes, week two he sold gjallerhorn and it hasn't been sold since. I bought the achlyophage for my hunter as I started it after he last sold it. I have everything else, so it was heavy synth for my gally as well and I still have about 20 coins left.

It would be if I didn't already have every single one of those exotics. Well except the wings, but I don't have a titan.

Good week. But had most of the stuff he sells already except Obsidian mind. I already have 3 mida milti tools (1 on each of my 32 characters) from drops so cant buy that. I ended up buying Obsidian mind and a gauntlet engram (which gave me no backup plans for my titan which I didn't have yet) as well as buying 120 heavy synths. (Great for me cuz I got gjallarhorn) All with 53 strange coins and 30 motes of light. If your debating on getting a mida multi tool. I suggest getting one. It has +3 or so agility when fully upgraded. If you dont like scout rifles like me (scout rifles and hand cannons are all I use) I say buy the gun and give it a try at least. Who knows you may like it.

Pretty happy to get ruin wings and obsidian mind! Already had the hunter helmet and mida. Most I've spent with xur in a long time.

I agree. A few things could have used better stay rolls, but this week is fantastic.
