:p. That's what I compare the hive gods to.
Example. The hive have many gods. Like the Greeks. Crota Is like the god of war. The son of the king of the gods. But nope they just compare him to Jesus because they think the hive only have one god.
This is comparing the hive gods to the greek.
Orxy is the king of the gods. So orxy = zeus
Crota is the god of war. Crota = Ares
I'm just using greek an example.

6 OdpowiedziWasn't Greek mythology based on Norse' mythology? Could have sworn Norse mythology predates Greek. Could be wrong though.
-
The Vex are very based off Greek and Roman mythology.
-
Crota almost sounds like Kratos. God of War crossover confirmed
-
I always assumed that if any of the enemies were to be compared with Greek mythology it would be the Vex. It just makes more sense to me, what with all the enemies being named after things from the Greek mythos.
-
4 OdpowiedziErr, Zeus is Roman. And almost all religions outside of the abrahamic ones (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) have multiple gods.
-
I watched Zodiac Knights growing up so I know my Greek Mythology...

Edytowany przez użytkownika Snugle Wugle: 3/25/2015 5:33:25 PMIt's true, the Hive have many gods. The grimoire card Ghost Fragment: Hive 3 is proof:
Ikora: For Crota? Eris: That could just be the beginning. He's not their only god.
False. I'm Greek. And I know all.
-
But nope they just compare him to Jesus because they think the hive only have one god.
You complain that he's compared to Jesus, yet your post only mentions one god and his son... as does everything I've seen in the game, with the sole exception of Ghost's line at the end of The World's Grave ("... waiting for their gods to return...")

2 OdpowiedziI know the Greek gods from God of War.
-
Almost everything in this game is a reference to a legend, not just greek. Hence- "become legend"
-
greek mythology should NOT be insulted with the association of such a BADLY Designed Raid compared to the Original
-
8 OdpowiedziThis is the most simple form of the Greek mythology, knowing the names of the major gods is nothing special, knowing all the stories and minor gods is where it gets a tad confusing. But I completely agree, bringing religion int this game is stupid.
Religious people just have to inject their beliefs into everything D:
