Unfortunately, This Game is Over.
While Destiny has expanded over two of the most populated genres of Video Games (Competitive FPS and FPSRPG), this game is over. With Battlefield Hardline coming onto the scene this week, it brought with it the first well-balanced platform for competitive FPS since the Xbox 360.
And if that isn't enough to completely empty out the Crucible side of Destiny (as if the bullshit patches haven't already ruined it for us), Borderlands is coming out for the next generation platforms next week. And that, as Bungie would put it, would be the final NITC. The amount of players that will be going to a true "Loot and Shoot" game will empty out the rest of Destiny's player base.
Sorry Bungie, but maybe if you had put out a game you had actually advertised, as well as a game that lived up to thee hype, maybe you guys wouldn't have been brushed to the side like you have been.
Regardless, Thanks for the hours of fun Destiny, I might be back if you do something exceptional with House of Wolves, but until then, Goodbye Guardians.

Battlefield 4 ruined future Battlefield titles for me. That broken shell of a game was a joke and I've no intention of going back.

In Battlefield Hardline, you can get to Division 1 for points by just driving in circles.

4 OdpowiedziThere have been so many of these posts. First evolve then cod now battlefield and borderlands. All were going to end destiny but it's still here. Since owning destiny(360 first) I have brought several games that I was dying to play but still find myself spending my console time on destiny. It's addictive and there is not another game quite like it. Destiny will still be as popular after these games come out of that I am sure.

I thought it was over when COD came out? Or did that suck and you came back to Destiny and now Battlefield is almost here so you have something else to b!tch about? When you grow tired of that, what will be the next game that will be the demise of Destiny? Ed ps; don't forget to delete your Guardians so your not tempted to come back ;)
