1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika Cobravert: 5/13/2015 12:51:11 PMAs a kid, tons of things. Mold, bird dander, cats, most any pollen, dust, or smoke, and DEER. That's right DEER. As I got older most of these have past, except tree pollen in the Spring, though not nearly as bad as it was, some pollens which also are lessened, but deer remains my allergy kryptonite. Their chemistry and mine are not compatible. Ad a kid our neighbor raised orphan fawns and American Eskimo dogs. We used to own some of the dogs and would always go play with the pups and the fawns. I would break out in hives around my neck. Never knew why. One day the hives were so bad my Mom took me to the Dr. By the time we got there they were nearly gone. After retracing my steps they did an allergy test on me and deer was the worst one I had. There were 50 others then too. Way later in life, after I was married we had a neighbor who hunted and was grilling deer steaks. He offered me some, and not more than a few minutes later my throat began to swell shut. I got to where I could barely breath. An ER visit and a shot of adrenaline later, I no longer can go near any food brought to work without asking if there is any venison in it. I can not get local meats without checking if they processed any deer in it recently. Any hint of it in triggers a reaction.
