When I get killed by an "OP" gun in Crucible...
Instead of screaming NEEEEERRRRFF! I say to myself DAMN!, I gotta get me one of those!
Anyone else feel like this?

Everyone is using an OP gun... which means its balanced. Mythoclast, Thorn, Hawkmoon, Last Word, Red Death, Felwinters....

2 OdpowiedziI just say, 'be more careful next time as there is no room for error' I got a 1.2 kd against a team of 4 thorn users with my defender Titan.

I understand buffing pulse rifles they needed it but nerfing autos ruined them. It's no one persons fault it's just bungies way of cheaply increasing the games difficulty. We all have poor crucible games but I personally not stand when bungie tinkers with weapons

1 OdpowiedźI just ignore it and look at the top right corner of my screen to have an idea of how to counter it. Shotgun: don't get close, increase distance. Fusion Rifle: it has to charge, wait for pause. Sniper: get behind thick cover, get closer or stager them. Hand cannon: Increase distance, or take them from far away. Scout Rifle: Keep moving, apply pressure. Auto Rifle: aim for the head, grenades. Pulse: wait for reload, move around so they miss crits.

I say: THORN OP, then I laugh it off, or I think hey its that guy with his Thorn/Suros/Vex/LastWord

Nope, I think "Gah -blam!-ing [insert weapon type here]" then move on with my life. It's not op, I just -blam!-ed up or got unlucky.

I do neither, I practice until I get better and then use my less OP gun to kill those with the OP gun. Also, I use lots of people with the OP guns get destroyed by people using normal vending trash, to paraphrase one of my favorite movie quotes, "Op guns and crazy perks are no match for good skill at your side."

3 OdpowiedziSometimes I think they should nerf the gun I'm using. The Thorn is a great example. I helped a friend with the bounty on his sunsinger, so he let me give it a spin in the Crucible. PvP is a breeze with it, and, as a result, PvP gets rather boring rather quickly.

3 OdpowiedziI said that about fusion rifles the first few times I got killed by one. But the moment I got into my first game with one I immediately regretted scrapping my shotgun. Since then I've sort have gotten the hang of fusion rifles, but shotties are still my go-to crucible special weapon.
