EV-30 problem
I have purchased the expansion pack and I don't have it.
I know it was a limited time bonus if you bought the first expansion before January 15th, but I didnt buy the first expansion only, I bought the Epansion pack.
Here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12410 it says that if you buy the expansion pack you must get it, no matter when. The limited time bonus is only for the first expansion.

Sorry but you still can't get it. The offer for the sparrow has expired. So now you can't get it anymore.

The offer expired at 1 am Pacific time on January 15th. It does not matter if you bought the Expansion Pass, or Expansion I alone. The first sentence of the article you linked, notes the expiration time, and does not provide an exclusion to that expiration for the Expansion Pass.
