Bungie is slowly losing off people...here's why

As a 700+ hours gamer of destiny and client of shadowkeep, forsaken and season of arrivals there has been a big hole...
I have to say, as many community and clients, that destiny 2 Lore is FANTASTIC, but the bad reference we and people outside of the community have is that is confusing here's why as long with some solutions.
Why is confusing: - People don't get any context at all of why there are so many creatures and species (As much as lore characters) in an entertaining way, we don't (at least personally) have the time or want to read, only have fun, else we could go to SCP Wiki and read for hours all that lore or get to read our homeworks or projects. And people have no clue where to start - There's a narrative issue as the link of the video proposes. Season after season there's (new light) people joining, they didn't get to play any of them, so they will and might see destiny as 1. Boring because there's little to nothing to do (if you don't pay for, i will joke, 10 thousand expansions and content there is), plus the time spent for each activity has little to actual rewarding system (in the way, that each gun will be either, vaulted or useless next season(s) there's no secure thing) 2. Not engaging because there are not as much mysteries to explore as there was with other missions as Zero Hour or Whisper of the worm, which made destiny SHINE. Although it was a good job the Dead man's tale mission. (Haven't played because personally i didn't expected much), and they aren't as mysterious as the 2 missions i mentioned (You really felt on enemy territory and had to watch Youtube tutorials haha that was cool) Solutions: - Make some explanatory missions for new lights, for example making mini dungeons about ahamkaras (where you play as the last ahamkara killer of the golden age and darkness helped you going into the past to get there; there could be a place where after played that you could find a key hidden and unlock in a secret place a cosmetic, exotic, even a regular weapon (loot pool) - Revitalize destiny 2 with mysterious ambient where you can explain somehow the way through as in zero hour, whisper of the worn or dead man's tale - Use the past to make events, missions, farming catalysts and explain the lore of there briefly, like making the menagerie an exotic quest to get le monarch, where you just need to open doors, get to a place maybe kill a boss there. - Use exotics to make lore entertaining. In the past, looking at someone with the Timeline Zero exotic was mind-blowing, making you look into everywhere possible to get that exotic yourself. It was delightful and could be applied to explain some of the past or the present. - The same mechanic for actual lore entries. Making it look like and exotic quest. Also attaching that lore with earning an exotic in a visible way. - Using the citizens of the last city or below the tower to talk to them about the impact everything has had to them in a way that explains the lore, making the whole universe feel daunting but encouraging again, and maybe from there departure to planets and possibly make some quests for that people (like getting certain amount of lumen to build a hospital n stuff like that. Make us feel guardians again) Although some of my opinions may need reinforcement and i might be wrong, i just hope that the way destiny 2 is building, is for the greater of the devs and people working for us and for the community to make the game richer and invigorating once, and truly again. Thanks for your time. i dont want to be acredited for anything, i would like to hear your thoughts
