Ok... I understand it's a little cringe that I'm evangelizing my post. But I finished Secrets... it's really long though, and it may contain huge spoilers IF my theory is correct. The reason I'd like you 🫵 specifically to read it... is because I'm missing something... every faction/character I have a handle on... Except... Germaine and Eris... I don't really have any great foundation on how either may fit into the puzzle that is this narrative... their relationship to it. You may have some insight after reading Secrets... is my thought. If not, that's totally cool too... just thought I'd ask. Again, very long... possible spoilers so I understand should you not want to read it.

There is also an addendum in those comments where I explain how I solved the Reflections logic puzzles linked to in-game clips from the puzzle in the first post of the chain. The addendum is not required either, though. It explains 3 of the 4 logic puzzles but I lost my notes on catalyst... so that isn't there. And though all of it is mathematically provable and logic IS a subset of math... I didn't include that in favor of the rhetorical expositions of the solutions for comprehension. It still my hurt your brain though. Tbh, I studied logic in college... and I dig it, but logic puzzles aren't my favorite thing. You talk about "insanity"...logic puzzles will make you feel crazy. That theory is the result of studying the lore for the last 2 years, over a year of gameplay in Destiny 2 by myself... 100s if not thousands of hrs exploring the Dreaming City. But the core conceit... "The Tragedy of the Sovs" began in D1 when I saw Smith's animated storyboards as an alpha player on PS3... later a tester in the feedback program.

It might be crazy... it might be wrong, but I'm not making stuff up like some of my detractors say. It's not fanfiction... I believe the lore validates and supports my theory. Edit: I have no issue with fanfiction, though, I like it. I dig what ErisXDrifter writes. My theory, however, isn't fanfiction 😇 👍💠.

For me, it seems pretty logical, Mara has had ulterior motives before, except for Osana's relation to Savathun. That's the main problem for me.
