Casual players aren't grinding for 5/5 god rolls, my boy.

Do you think 5 engrams for a weapon that only has one perk in column 3 and one in column 4 is a fair price? That's all I'm asking. Or put another way, if Bungie drops the focusing price from 5 engrams to 1 or 2, will you be back here demanding Bungie raise the price back to 5 engrams? If focused weapons started rolling with two perks to select from in column 3 and/or 4, rather than a single option in each, will you be back here demanding Bungie go back to only one perk per column?

Modificato da SnookCharmer: 12/6/2023 2:32:51 AMAs I suspected. If you grind GMs all day, you can reset your vanguard rank multiple times in a day. These players obviously won't need to focus weapons (actually no one should waste time and engrams focusing). Casual players will reset their vanguard rank perhaps a few times each season. A casual player who plays mostly normal difficulty strikes, maybe a few nightfalls (not GMs) and does their daily bounties might reset their rank in about 10 hours, perhaps once per week and earn about 25 engrams that week, enough to focus 5 nightfall weapons. The chances of at least one of those five focused weapons being a 3/5 roll is about 3%. The chances of getting 5/5 are far less than 1%.
