Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account.
You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section.
If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account.
Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully.
If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.

I've done the steps that you mentioned and it is still NOT working. Can you please fix this problem so we can collect our rewards at the Tower?

same problem here last week i got my reaction loot this week get nothing and it shows that i already collected the loot . But i didnt get anything

Hi - I unlinked and relinked Twitch from the LInked Platrforms section of my Account Linking page. I then unlinked Prime Gaming from the Authorized Applications section. When I go to Twitch and view a stream of someone playing Trials, I see the Destiny app that now gives the option on the Viewer Bounties tab to "Link with Bungie." When I hit that button I get a pop up screen that says Destiny Companion wants to access your account. When I hit Authorize, I get another quick page that says redirecting and then nothing happens. I tried this on 2 different Macs with both Chrome and Safari with the exact behavior. The Bungie app in Twitch also gives me this error message: "We could not find your viewer status. Verify that your Twitch account is linked to your Bungie.net account, along with at least one Destiny 2 profile..." As stated, already unlinked and relinked my Twitch account with my Destiny account. Any ideas what is going on?

I am able to collect Prime Gaming awards no problem (picked up the latest one last week). This is specifically about the Trials Match Reactions XP reward for watching 10 Trials matches on Twitch. In the Twitch app it is showing the award as collected after watching & reacting to 10 matches, but the award is not available in the kiosk in the Tower. thanks.
