Uhm, I had no problem yesterday; yes, every now and then a reaction would not add up to the counter, but eventually I got the required 10 and collected the reward correctly.

Me and my husband both watched at the same time he had no issue but I have the bug so I’m not sure why it’s working for some and not the others it’s happened 2 weeks in a row now
