"Rarely seen buffs in pve"
Thats so hypocritical
They buff weapons and abilities pretty often in pve.
We just tend to notice the nerfs way more than the buffs.
Yes a lot of pve nerfs makes no sense
But there is a lot of pve buffs nobody are really talking about.
As an example i love the new damage values on HC in pve.
They feel good to use now.

Even with the HC buff, mine barely do any damage in harder activities. From everything I have seen in harder activities, everyone seems to use long range so they aren't to close to enemies for fear of getting oneshot or something. Problem with that is that playing passive can have the chance of screwing over your score because even playing at range can have damage fall off so it takes longer to kill things.

Its rare for me to play long range in a Gm because of how boring and tedious it is. At their intended range they kill way fawter than scouts and pulse riffles in there. And in raids/dungeons its one shots for days at most ranges
