They do work.
You are probably using a strand or stasis weapon or a weapon with 1 shot in the mag.

How come I didn’t think of that?!?!?!? 😂😂😂 STFU pog. You’re one of those burgers Bungie listens to for PvP. Go back to PvE and thinking you’re good at the game 0.99 KD. Of course I know which mods to use for each weapon type. Kinetic Holster does not work with Hand Cannons, specifically Hawkmoon.
