Lost emblems due to season of deep changes

I havent played in a couple seasons because i did not find it interesting, but when i came back all the emblems i got through codes including emblems that i had to pay for from bungie store have been removed from my account. Ive contacted customer services and been completely ignored for multiple days now. Is there anyway for me to get my paid emblems back without relying on the awful customer service?

    Bungie made changes to emblem ownership, see below. This could be why you no longer have certain emblems. [quote]With Season 21’s launch, emblem ownership was updated.
