I purchased the upgrade to bypass the storyline for my second character on my Warlock. I got basic Strand out of it and there were a couple of quests to help the Neomuna people out but then nothing. I can't purchase the last 2 Aspects and none of the Fragments to upgrade Strand. It says I need to continue the story missions to unlock. What was the purpose of my bypassing the story in the first place if I'm now unable to progress? Is this a bug?
