I was claiming exotic engrams from last season's pass rewards through the Bungie website, but I had sent them to another character than the one I was active on in-game. They did not appear in either character's inventories, although I received an enhancement for my "troubles." I don't really need them back, but I wonder if anyone else has reported this before.
