Greetings!
The Hung Jury you own is the Season of the Splicer version, which has a different Collections entry from the other versions of Hung Jury, including this season's version.
Unfortunately, you'll have to obtain this season's version so that you can get the ability to focus it at Zavala; there isn't really another fix or workaround aside from obtaining the new version of Hung Jury.

If the reason is because of the season icon explain me why the Swarm with the current season icon is unlocked in my collection but the only one I ever had was the old version

I have both Adept versions of The Swarm unlocked in my collections, but Adept versions of the Nightfall weapons this season aren't available yet (I've obtained it in a previous season, I don't remember when it was a Nightfall weapon last) because Grandmaster Nightfalls aren't out. Something may be off with how the Collections work with the updated perk pools and weapon reprisals.

It is not only the icon. Hung Jury, for example, has an updated perk pool this season and Militia's Birthright gained a new Origin Trait.
