For what its worth... I always give out commendations. It seems the right thing to do. (Unless someone is really a jerk...) We're all in this together right? So, at the end of each event I always pull up the Commendation screen. If your character is to the left of me, you get the card on the left. If you are to the right, you get the card on the right. Yes, fairly pointless in the scheme of things... But we all NEED these (for rank). However, if they were actually meaningless "by design" then they might actually be of more value... Ironic, isn't it?
