I have the same issue... I have an i5 13600K and an Radeon RX7900XT and my frames on Neomuna are between 80 and 100 frames... this.. is horrible , really.... it can't be... I hope there is a fix coming or an update or something I dunno...

I just hope this isn't another "We are investigating reports of issues related to low performance on PCs" where you obviously just say it to calm people but do nothing about it(like you did with year 5 known issues). Game performance has been really bad since Beyond Light came out and #1 suspect is obviously the lighting changes you did to the engine. Lightfall is just next level of bad. Game is not enjoyable on PC.

My rig is as good as it gets. 13900k 4090 with 32gbs of ram. 3440x1440. Still get drops below 60 at times. Noticeable drops even when spawning in to Neptune, not even playing yet.

See my comment elsewhere on this thread. There have been massive fps issues with (mobile) RTX series 30s in destiny2 since NVidia released version 5.26 of the drivers. But it hasn't been picked up. If I downgrade to version 5.22.25 the performance gets much better. On versions 5.26->5.31 the performance is terrible. I had a support ticket open with NVidia on the drivers. I worked with NVidia support who took me through all the basic diagnostic steps and then referred this to their L3 dev - but they have no motivation to take it further. I would strongly suggest looking at this seriously - when you look back through the pc support forum about 1 in 50 posts are people reporting this issue on rtx series 30s. That's a massive segment of your new and returning player base. I can reproduce this at will - if you want a dxdiag or anything let me know.
