Modificato da Bronze_Swanson: 2/1/2023 8:34:55 AMHello! After running DxDiag, I can confirm that nothing is wrong with any visual or audial programs. I am running the latest Nvidia drivers and I did at some point run a driver clean but it's been a long while. I don't have MSI Afterburner or EVGA. I did actually come up with a minor solution as well as a possible fix. I enabled V sync and limited my frames to only 120, which did smoothen the frames a significant bit but I'm still getting major fps drops in some locations. What concerns me is that I never had to do this before. My only two possible ideas include: 1. An NVIDIA driver is causing an issue in which I'd need to do something about that or just wait for the Lightfall driver updates to come out with a potential fix OR 2. I need to dust out my computer heavily. It's been a while since I've dusted it out and there are some layers near some ventilation, so this could be reducing performance and the computer isn't putting in as much effort to running the game as it normally would (I do know D2 is very cpu intensive so this might do something I hope). This might also explain why it ran better after lowering the frame cap even though it ran perfectly fine before with a 240 monitor.
having fps drops in game as well mainly in throne world and when many enemies are on the screen. It started happening last week for me when the Tuesday update released
