After the latest update I launched the game and was given the option from the Helm to start the Ketchcrash activity. After completing it I don't remember completely what happened, nothing unusual, just went back to the Helm. Since then the activity is not longer showing up for me. I have the Fire Discipline ... quest that shows I have completed the activity 1/3 times. Also the Sails of the Shipstealer icon is blinking like I have something to complete there but there is nothing I can use because I didn't buy the Season Pass. I'm just trying to figure out how everyone else is running this Ketchcrash mission over and over while I've only seen it once and can no longer select it because it isn't there. Anyone else?
