It's fine. The new melee Teleport doesn't say it's a charged melee. But that's probably a typo.
Meanwhile Titans Dash and Hunter Blink have no cooldown. ( Blink is like a 1 second cooldown)

As for the titan dodge they referred to it as a class ability so I'm assuming that it will use their class ability like phoenix dive. Here's to hoping it doesn't have the same cooldown. For the sake of everyone who's getting hyped about having a twilight garrison style feature back.
