The Bungie profile that you are posting from, does not have cross-save active. If you have other platform accounts, on another Bungie profile, with cross-save enabled; which platforms are involved, and which of those accounts is the active save? What platforms were you wanting to share your new Xbox account to? As far as deactivating an existing cross-save, and the Steam account involved; you would need to work with Steam support to recover the login information. Bungie cannot assist with platform account recovery, or unlinking. All platform accounts must be authenticated by the player.
