Cant access old Xbox account to activate cross save
I have been trying to work with Microsoft to gain access to a very old xbox account that is holding up Cross Save for me. Is there any way to just remove this account from my profile? I have never played Destiny 2 on a microsoft console, I have no idea why this account is even active to begin with. Please help. Id like to be able to jump between PS5 and PC, unless you guys provide proper KB+M support for console...

Bungie won't manually unlink accounts. You'll just need to work with Microsoft to sort out the account issue then unlink it yourself.
