Hey, so I had destiny 2 on Xbox one many moons ago. I got the PS5 and played on PSN. My characters are better and I’ve spent real money for platinum. Here is the kicker. My bud and I wanted to play, I linked the PSN to my cross save. My characters for PSN that I spent real money on are gone. The mobile bungie.net says I haven’t got anything for that account, but on the Desktop aspect it says I have 200 platinum left over. Still no characters though. So where did my stuff go? I tried to authenticate to unlink the accounts but I can’t even do that because there is a 3 month lock on my PSN account because I purchased platinum, so I can’t even get rid of the other two linked because I can’t authenticate all 3 accounts? Honestly I should have uncapped, unlimited reign over my own accounts here. Where are my characters for PSN that I spent money on and lots of time on? I can’t even play them, I haven’t touched my Xbox characters in like a year and now I’m being forced to not play or play that account for 3 months? You gotta be kidding me, where is the fix? If you could please unlink the Xbox and Steam accounts that would solve my issue as long as I can still have my characters from PSN.
