Should I just do the sectors?[/quote] If you mean to do lost sectors for Wish Ender, that will not work, as it is not an armor piece or a world drop. There were changes made to the quest that removed the "???" Mission portion of it on The Tangled Shore, but the talisman still exists. Now its: Present talisman to Eido statue ≥ charge tokens ≥ return to Eido statue to claim the exotic. I'd suggest checking the Quest Archive Terminal in The Tower or the HELM.

It was Removed I believe, as it Required the Tangled Shore to use. And the Tangled Shore is no longer here.
