Last week I completed the splicer story and finished last city override as part of the quest, the final cutscene played but I skipped it because I have already seen it elsewhere. Spoke to Saint and Ikora as part of ending the quest. I've started competing triumphs for the splicer seal and after looking at some reddit forms I was supposed to unlock the 10th lore entry via a triumph for Nocturne part of the seal. I think other people have posted about this however I haven't seen a solution from Bungie. I've posted a screenshot showing I haven't forgot to unlock it in triumphs. I have completed all but the last override mission on another character and I'll do it again and watch the cutscene whenever the last city override comes back until then I hope bungie fixes it without me having to try it again as some people may have the same issue but only one character so they wont have a way to get it. Please bungie fix it.
