Shadow keep purchased on old account. Says I have not purchased Shadowkeep on new. Same Console
I ordered I believe shadowkeep on an old account back and it wont let me access the content on my main account. I believe I have logged into both of them on my PS5. I didnt have this issue on ps4. I was able to play the shadowkeep content on my main.. Dont know what to do ?
I think I had this problem before and playstation said something about going to restore purchases and it would resolve it back when i was on ps4.. Is there any to fix this?

What you are describing is game sharing which is a console feature. Since it is not a feature provided by the game itself you'll need to reach out to Playstation support to resolve issues with setting up and using their game sharing feature.
