Account Authentication on blank Playstation Account
TLDR; How do you remove a specific platform from your Bungie.net account?
I am trying to set up cross play between my between my Xbox and my PC for Destiny. But when I get to the authenticate accounts step, it wants me to do a play station account that I haven't touched in 6 years (2014) I cannot access this account, and I'd like to remove it from my Bungie.net profile, how would I do that?

2 RisposteThe only way to remove accounts from a bungie.net profile is by authenticating the account with valid log in credentials so as to verify you are the rightful owner. Bungie does not have access to platform log in credentials to help in recovering them. You will need to head to playstation.com and utilize their lost log in credentials service to recover the account. If you can't recover the account then you'll be stuck with this PSN account on this profile. At that point the only alternative would be to move your two good accounts to a new bungie.net profile.
