As of December 1, it is not possible to log in via Blizzard through bungie.net, so you cannot unlink that account or set up Cross Save while it's linked. Please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the following article and tell Bungie that you would like to enable Cross Save but your Battlenet account is preventing you from doing so.

Unfortunately any purchases you made on Battlenet (Forsaken, for example) can no longer be transferred to Steam.

I'm sort of in this same boat as I've been away from Destiny for a while, saw it on steam, and thought hey, that sounds fun to play tonight. Of course, I now see that battle.net is gone and I've missed the migration date. Is there really no way to get my account? I've probably put maybe 300-400 dollars on that account. You're telling me it's lost to the nether? Like, can I at least send proof of silver purchases and get back at least the silver I've paid for?

I'm sorry to say, but there truly is nothing that can be done at this point. Both Bungie and Blizzard sent emails about the migration, and warnings about the deadline were made weeks before. Now, Bungie is no longer able to transfer any data or entitlements over, including Silver purchases.
