High Power Umbrals Broken
Is anyone else having the issue where the "High Power" recaster drops are dropping at power (1053 avg for my character) instead of above like they're supposed to?
If it matters, the character in question is my Warlock and the engrams in question were Exodus engrams from the basic focus tier with the 6 free weekly bonus active.

The umbrals are only classified as powerful. So they will only drop at your level once past 1050.
