Our raid group worked on the Photosynthesis triumph, which requires everyone to be a solar subclass in Garden of Salvation. We noticed after the first encounter, the triumph wasn't counting for everyone except for one person. We figured, maybe there is some sort of lag with triumphs. However by the end of the raid, only one person's triumph completed, and everyone else's triumph received no progress.
