Destiny One shows as trial only ?
Good morning Bungie,
Due to some quiet time in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, a small group of my friends want to go back to Destiny 1 and try a few raids they never completed or tried. I got 'volunteered' to sherpa them on these fun vintage raids.
I have managed to reinstall all the digital licenses for every DLC and expansion for Destiny 1 but the base game is only installing as a trial for some reason. All of my characters are there at level 40, 400 light and in their full wrath armor and weapons. Some raids such as Wrath of the Machine (which the group wanted to be taught) work and others such as Kings Fall (the other popular choice for a teaching run) say 'requirements not met' presumably due to the trial status.
I am more than happy to provide more details of my purchases and any other details you wish via email should it be required.
Can you assist with this problem so I can give some friends the help and fun they want?

7 RisposteTrial mode is when the system does not recognise your game licences. If you are using a disc make sure the disc is clean and undamaged. Also make sure your disc drive is working and recognising the disc. If digital go into the game management options and see if you need to download the licences again. Any licencing issues like you have are Microsoft's (or Sony for the PS) problem as they not Bungie deal with game licences.
