Datto Has Ruined The Gane
Supers charge too slow and are way waaay too weak. 90% of rhe time I cast a super in crucible, I won't get a kill as they are so so so weak. It's better just to use guns - the ones that haven't been nerfed, of course. Rules out pulse rifles. Oh, what's that? The longest grindiest quest in video game histoey requires 200 pulse rifle precision kills plus 200 normal plus kills? Oh.

Current super passive recharge is equal to last year's recharge rate once you hit tier 3. Anything below tier 3 is MASSIVELY detrimental. Tier 3 to Tier 0 drops you from a 5 minute recharge to a 7:12 minute recharge. At max, you charge up in 3:48, with each higher tier giving you a diminishing benefit. I'd recommend putting your Intellect above 50 (4:31 charge) and putting the rest of your effort into grenades, melees, or player stats. Also, supers can finally be countered without heavy or other supers, so you need to be a bit more strategic when you use it. Also also, Pulse Rifles are just fine

If you aren’t getting kills with supers in PvP you’ve no one to blame but yourself. Also, I find it pretty hilarious people blame this Datto guy for ruining the game constantly. I don’t follow him but I’ve watched a few of his vids since joining the game and he seems pretty informed and coherent about the game. Supers seem to be in a pretty good spot so if he got them changed it seems like it was for the better. Seems like people were crunching off supers before and now they’re mad because they have to use them somewhat strategically.

You pop your super in the open if you get killed that much in it to be honest. Also that quest is not hard. Just grind it out. The only thing in this whole post I mildly agree with is in the title with how obnoxious and blind Datto is when it comes to the community's concerns which has nothing to do with your post anyway. Seriously what is wrong with you.

First of all Bungie ruined it by listening to PC players who say everything's too easy , and being so unprofessional they let opinions of content creators sway there decisions. Secondly, this has to be a joke because you spell like a 5 year old -

I'm honestly not sure what this has to do with Datto, but I'm wondering: Are you playing the game correctly? I believe you're saying as one of your points that pulse rifles aren't good, but currently one of the most powerful things you can run in crucible is a rapid-fire frame pulse rifle. Not only that, but supers can cause massive damage and casualties if you can use them even semi-efficiently. They aren't seventh column simulators, but if you're only killing one person 90% of the time I'm afraid to say you just aren't using the super as intended. The only super I could possibly see fitting this is golden gun due to 0 super armor but even still with good aim a good 2-3 kills should be usual when you pop this. Honestly I don't find Datto entertaining or even watchable, but I would recommend not blaming stuff on Datto that really has nothing to do with him and instead go learn to play the game better.

I don’t even watch his streams or most of his videos but I watch his thoughts and opinions videos and a lot of what he say is pretty well thought out and not just mindless whining. I don’t agree with him on everything but I can respect his ability to formulate an argument against something which is something this forum lacks, at least most of it. The irony of complaining about datto’s whining is that people here do more whining about datto than he does himself. .

I guess only the Bungie/datto fanboys are still playing the game. Everyone else left and is playing borderlands 3 or outerworls or elder scrolls online or monsterhunter world or one of 50 other much better games.

Pulse rifle kills are easy. Also if you arent getting a kill on 90% of your supers then I think you have an issue that buffing supers cannot fix

Pulses are also very easy to use, the nerf to redrix was over the top but it is expected given the history from Bungie devs "balancing" the game.
