I really want to help out my fellow guardians who are struggling with this bounty. It seems it's causing many a headache, and it really doesn't need to. I'll give some tips on how to effectively do this bounty quickly. The most important tip I can give is to lower your power. Get it around 935. That's plenty of power to still be competent, but low enough that most of the opponents you face will be higher, therefore you will get a boost to progress on this bounty. The next tip is that I found that roaming supers are extremely effective at racking up tons of kills, just hold on to them when no other contending supers are around and remember that even though you're supered, your power is low so you can still die quick, so plan your super wisely. Anyway, for all 3 classes, I recommend the top tree arc subclass. Warlocks get arc web, which causes their grenades to arc between enemies. This is exceptionally effective when a group of opponents are sticking close together on a point or trying to team shoot. Also, remember that your melee ability gives you extra range, so if you ever get close to a wounded enemy, go for the melee kill. Hunters I found to be very effective melee killers. Just dodge near an enemy to get your melee charge, sneak around and close distance, and then give them a wollop to the head. It'l restore your dodge and start hp regen, then you can just combo this. When you get 3 stacks with the arc melee mod, it becomes a 1-shot melee, no exotic needed. I actually didn't really use grenades much since the arcstrider super and that melee strategy were pretty effective, but if you really want 'nades, I recommend shooting not to kill, but to just wound, and then toss a grenade while running behind cover. Titans have an exotic called Insurmountable Skullfort. With the arc melee mod, your arc shoulder dash becomes a 1-shot regardless of the lower power level, and with that exotic, getting a kill will refresh your energy. Just run around the map and shoulder charge alot. Try to attack distracted targets. The top tree additionally gives 2 grenades, so use them freely. The super may not last very long, but you can run around a corner and get a massive killstreak if you find a tightly clumped group of enemies. If you don't have that exotic, I guess using high strength stat could work. Try to make a change in mindset when you play. Don't focus on trying to "be good." Just focus on trying to be sneaky and getting those melee/super kills, throwing a grenade at the right time when needed. Try to focus on closing gaps, getting around without noticed, and don't run blindly into a full group of opponents without your super. I hope this helps you all get this quest done. <3
