Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. You will need to contact Blizzard support directly for any codes that are required to be entered on Battle.net due to Destiny 2 moving to Steam.

  • I have spoken at length with Blizzard the past few days.They say that Destiny 2 is no longer supported. As I had already moved my account October 1st the migration is a one time only function. I spent 60 dollars on a game I can't even play. I followed the instructions on the Insert to the letter. I don't have the content I paid for. I paid for this game at a reputable vendor (Target) and followed the instructions provided in the insert. I expect to have the game I paid for or a full refund.

  • Target will not let me return an item that has been used. The code was redeemed and I do not have the content I PAID FOR. You're canned responses are not helping the issue. Why doesn't Bungie have a customer service number I can contact instead of waiting for 24 hour turnaround for canned responses?
