Any time I try to load into the heroic modes of the whisper mission or outbreak mission it tells me I have to discover the regular mission before i can play heroic, except for the fact I have both weapons and the catalyst for both. With whisper that isn’t an issue because I just have to activate the portal on Io, but with outbreak it tells me my “fire team is unqualified” when i go to Mithrax on the farm but I don’t understand why because I have the completed fallen transponder in my quests still... what’s up Bungie I want to finish my outbreak catalyst!!!
