Bright Engrams should drop after every level after you reach 100
And no this does not mean slow the leveling rates down at any point prior or after 100

2 RisposteIf they’re not gonna drop after every level post-100, then they should at least be on a knockout system to reward you with items you might not have collected previously. Hell, I’d even settle for knowing if anything I haven’t collected previously is even in the loot pool.
