Bright Engrams should drop after every level after you reach 100
And no this does not mean slow the leveling rates down at any point prior or after 100

3 RisposteI don't think every level, but maybe every 3. If you run a bunch of bounties you can run a level in 30 minutes. For people who say they don't get anything, for the most part your right,, but since level 100, I have gotten 2 small, 1medium, and 1 large bright dust package.
