I agree with all except special ammo in comp and recluse. Master of arms should grant 25 crit damage and 15-20 body damage instead of 25/25, anything more is too much of a nerf (its my favorite pve gun). I main chaperone/sniper in pvp which requires both shotgun/sniper scavenger perks so if a special ammo nerf happens (even in comp) then ill retire. Edit: Maybe reduce master of arms timer to 3 seconds as well but keep the refresh

  • Okay, but if you're maining Chapone/Sniper, you should be at the risk of having no ammo. That's not a game issue, that's a you issue. If you pick up special ammo, and still get 2-3 bullets, that's fine. But the fact you're able to run that load out with next to no risk, is an issue with the game itself. And Recluse still needs to proc on Headshot. PvP players should be able to hit headshots, and get rewarded off of that. Recluse is aint skill, because it rewards being a bad player.

  • Well bungie doesnt know how to balance anything because they release things thats are broken then they completely destroy them and make them unusable so maybe they will listen to u.
