This is a problem. Week one raiding: At least some of your powerful rewards (for power boost) come from Gambit and Crucible. End result: If you want to excel at PVE, you're forced to do PVP by design. I suggested a first step in fixing this so that you can excel at PVE even if you only ever do PVE. The devs don't have to change what they already have; just give people like me an alternative.
