Ursa Furiosa needs a PvE buff
There is no reason to use this exotic as it can barely return 40% of your super, change the ability to damage recieved from enemies of the light give super energy back.
That way PvP is unaffected and it can be viable again.

most exotics are useless! Do you honestly think Bungie would buff them again after they nerfed it?
