The only one that count towards the progress are the 2 you get a week from completing the 2 bigger bountys. The others do not count towards progress.

Also, after this reset the frame I just needed to go back to Ada for completely disappeared from my inventory and now I can't get anything at all from Ada (nothing from her in my quest log, either). Black Armory is completely broken.
