Where the heck are Asher and Osiris during this Vex Invasion?
But really, we've got two people in the Lore who specialize in Vex related issues and it's never occurred to Eris or Ikora to give them a call?
Like sure Asher is grumpy and no one except Eris likes him, but Osiris would've been a big help.
I mean look at Ikora, she's building a gate in the tower for Travellers sake, first thing those two would have probably said is how crazy that is.

22 RisposteA few reasons. 1) Asher and Osiris are playing modern warfare since this game is dead 2) Bungie doesn’t have enough money to pay these voice actors thus the reasons why eververse is expensive and mostly everything costs silver. 3) Bungie doesn’t know how to tie the storylines together since the stories in this game are so choppy and there are so many lose ends. 4) the voice actors are republicans and Bungie doesn’t work with anyone affiliated with the Republican Party since trump was elected president.

Edit: 3, and Failsafe[/quote] A lot people praise Shadowkeep. I get it , I like it. However to all that think thats a good campaign ?! Truly ask yourself how it compares to other great games with great stories. It’s kinda unfair to compare Destiny to something like RDR2 or GOW. If we’re being realistic though it’s time for Bungie to get back to telling amazing stories in game. Osiris and Asher were 2 of the first people I thought of that should be involved in any kind of Vex invasion. If we don’t see a significant buff to story telling in the next big DLC. It’s time to start speaking up.

Osiris may be closer than we think. Not sure if many noticed, but the Vex Invasion weapons are literally the Lost Prophecy weapons from the Mercury forge with those leaves on them. The weapons forged by Osiris's followers following in his footsteps, but somehow greatly aged. Maybe Osiris has already done something. Or maybe Bungie is just lazy and didn't think we would notice that they just added leaves to weapons already in the game.

You're expecting to much... Seamlessly blended story, thought provoking missions... an amazingly well thought out, written and executed story line to match the polished gun play... this isn't Halo ffs... ;P

I like Asher a lot actually... he’s grumpy but hilarious... even though it’s not intentionally hilarious. 🤣 Always laugh when he’s talking about the vex lake in that strike 🤣🤣🤣 absolute denial that it’s even remotely possible there isn’t a lake, lol. Plus he’s kinda got a reason to be grumpy, his arm went vex on him. Also as far as Failsafe goes... I wish we could take her as a replacement Ghost, lol. She has more personality (multiple in fact)

I mean personally i feel like they should be involved in building the gate which by the way I don't think should be built in the tower. I mean she's basically welcoming the second red war. "Hey vex come take the tower. We'll even open the door for yah." -__- X__X `__` Next DLC could have been how Ikora wants to strike a crippling blow against the Vex. Opening cut scene: Ikora calls to the tower and tells us of her plans, she tells us to do so we need to go and bring back the two people who know the most about the Vex. We first need to gather Osiris and Asher to help figure out how to create a portal. Next cut scene would be the three talking about how to do it, Zavala walks in to try and stop this crazy idea. Ikora talks him into letting them do it. We then are told that we need to find these materials. We have to find the materials to build it from the vex on IO, then we have to get a piece of a gate lord, and whatever else until we can actually go to where ever (probably the garden again) then we go to open it and the vex are waiting and a counter incursion (could have connected to the vex offensive) occurs which we fight off before going to where ever, and final mission to to fight the big boss. This then leads to a new raid (personally I feel like this would have made sense for the Garden).

Osiris is lost in the infinite forest and can't find his way out. Also, he's busy re-programming the forest for our Halloween Spooktacular!

4 RisposteOsiris is somewhere in a simulation of alternate timelines inside a vex network, he doesn't know what's going on in our timeline just like he didn't know before, it's not like he's got a news feed in there. Asher is obsessed with his pyramidion research, he couldn't care less about some vex popping up on the moon.
