They are literally running three maps. T-h-r-e-e.
Combined with the, shall we say, odd choices for bounties/quests and lack of gear, it's as if they actively want to keep people out of Iron Banner.

But what was wrong with the way it's been, these bounties are a bit over board preventing players from turning tokens in for gear and old weapons. Don't think anyone understands that
