And for a small indie game company i've little confidence in bongo being too good at filtering out false positives and the recurring reports for false bannings seem to support that. Regardless, we're still getting reports of being inexplicably banned so something's clearly not quite right with their anti cheat detection (and frankly i'm a bit concerned of inadvertently tripping it myself).

I have seen players claim it was a "random" ban or that they have not done anything wrong and then BNGSecurity reply with they were using a well known cheat meant for D2. So, I take the claims from sources other then the official source with a grain of salt.
