I preordered the $150 collectors edition for Shadowkeep and entered the incorrect address. It’s been nearly 2 months since I sent a ticket to the support team in regards to changing the address to the correct one. Haven’t heard anything back from them and the launch is about 2 weeks away so I feel I’m running out of time before they mail out the collectors physical contents. I really need to change the address before they get sent out!
