Please note that changing your verified email on Bungie.net doesn't have anything to do with the platform account you use to log in with.
So, what email are you changing and what exactly are you trying to do? Which version of Destiny are you trying to gain access to view with? Which platform account are you logging in with?

Changing your Bungie.net contact email in your Bungie.net Settings has absolutely no effect on your ability to log into the Companion App and access your characters. Can you give more info on what issue you're running into that it's saying you're unable to access your characters and information?

So sorry. Please arow me to prepry in ingrish. The problem is that the companion app will not allow me to access my character my vault or any of my items.
